Torien is an Izakaya where you can enjoy fresh seafood and chicken in Shinjuku Omoide Yokocho. This izakaya is open from 12:00 to 23:40 and is open except on New Year’s Day. Torien is also famous as a izakaya with 120 different menus. The popular menu are “Yakitori Moriawase(=assorted Japanese style skewered chicken )” and “Gyusuji Nikomi(=Beef Tendons Simmered in Soy Sauce)”. Five yakitori can be eaten reasonably at around 700 yen. The nice point is that You can choose to drink standing or sitting. It is recommended for both short drinks and slow drinks..
