① Ginza Oborozuki

Ginza Oborozuki is a popular Tsukemen(=Dipping noodles) restaurant that is popular not only with Japanese people in Ginza, but also recently with foreign visitors. The nearest stations are Ginza and Yurakucho stations, opening hours from 11:30 to 15:30, 17:30 to 23:00 (Monday to Wednesday until 22:00, closed on the first Saturday). We recommend “Tokubetsu(=special) Tsukemen”. The rich soup is delicious. Eat the soup with thick and sticky yellow noodles.The rich soup is delicious.You eat very thick and chewy yellow noodles with the soup.The toppings are roasted Char-siu(pork stewed in soysauce) and Ajitama(=seasoned boiled egg), Menma(=seasoned bamboo shoots) and white radish sprouts.This is the recommended restaurant in Ginza.

Ramen Ichiro is a restaurant in Ginza that offers ramen packed with delicious ingredients of Aomori(=Tohoku erea). The nearest stations are Ginza Station and Yurakucho Station, opening hours from 11:00 to 23:00 (Saturday until 22:00, Sunday until 21:00). The popularity is “Shijimi(=freshwater clam) Ramen”. Aomori Shamo Rock(=Aomori brand chicken) and Aomori dried and grilled sardine  soup with Aomori Shijimi soup has a very light yet rich taste. The ingredients are soft Char-siu, Menma, Japanese leek, and Shijimi.The mild taste of the Shijimi will fill your stomach and heart.his is the recommended restaurant in Ginza.

Manpuku is a long-established ramen restaurant in Ginza. The nearest station is Ginza Station, which is open from 11:00 to 15:30 and from 17:00 to 23:00 (closed until 22:00 on Saturdays, closed on Sundays). This shop of Ginza was founded in 1929, and the current owner is the third generation.The recommended menu is “Wantan Men”.The soup is made mainly from bonito and has a soy sauce taste with seafood flavor. Under the thin oil covering the soup is a thin egg noodles.The wontons put on the noodles has no ingredients, but it goes well with soy sauce flavored soup. The other ingredients are Char-siu, Naruto(=fish cake), Menma and boiled spinach.There are many menu items such as fried rice and Gyoza(=pan-fried dumplings), so why not order more according to your preference? ④ Menya Hyottoko

The nearest stations are Ginza Station and Yurakucho Station, and business hours are from 11:30 to 22:30 (closed on Sundays and holidays until 17:30 on Saturdays).The recommended menu is “Wafu Yuzu Ramen”.The clear soup has a mild flavor that made from chicken bone and bonito broth.. The noodles are medium-sized noodles, on which three large and soft Char-siuu made with pork belly are fashionably served.
